Prince Harry is reportedly making revelations about Prince William, including the first meeting his brother had with Meghan Markle.

In an excerpt from his upcoming memoir, “Spare,” the royal-born Prince shared what went down during the meeting, according to Us Weekly. He is said to have claimed that his wife’s hug at the time “freaked” his brother out.

The Duke of Sussex reportedly recalled in his book that the Duchess of Sussex hugged the Prince of Wales upon their first meeting. He noted that the gesture “completely freaked him out,” adding that his brother “recoiled” as he “didn’t hug many strangers,” unlike his wife, who “hugged most strangers,” as per the outlet.

Prince Harry is said to have explained in his material that doing a curtsy would have been “protocol” for meeting a member of the British Royal Family for the first time. However, he did not reportedly think it was necessary at the time of the first meeting with Prince William.

Us Weekly later quoted the former working royal from the said excerpt, writing in part, “When meeting my grandmother [Queen Elizabeth II], I’d made it clear — this is the queen,” 

It continues, “But when meeting my brother, it was just Willy, who loved 'Suits.'”

Aside from the first-meeting encounter, Prince Harry also reportedly shared in “Spare” how Prince William and Kate Middleton knew Meghan Markle long before the initial introduction.

Page Six said that the Duke of Sussex learned how “religious” of a viewer the Prince and Princess of Wales were of “Suits,” where the Duchess of Sussex played the role of Rachel Zane for seven seasons. He is said to have written in his book that it shocked him to discover the matter during a dinner with his brother and sister-in-law.

The former working royal reportedly writes, “They were regular - nay, religious - viewers of ‘Suits,’” and adds that the royal couple “barraged” him with questions. But, he notes that he did not “give away too much” details and told them a “heavily redacted” version of his and the then-actress’s courtship, as per the publication.

It comes more than a month after the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's documentary series, "Harry & Meghan," dropped on Netflix.
