Gisele Bündchen is looking after the remodeling project of her new mansion in Miami, Florida.

HollywoodLife said the 42-year-old celebrity was spotted Thursday at the construction site of the home remodel for the property, reportedly worth $11 million. It comes weeks after she and Tom Brady finalized their divorce in late October.

The publication included photos of Bündchen from the said outing in its report published Friday. It noted that she was in a grey tank top, pair of fitted jeans, and flip-flop sandals as she surveyed the site and talked to workers about the remodeling project.

It is also stated that the model completed the casual look with very little makeup and a messy bun and accessorized the outfit with stud earrings and a gold bracelet.

Earlier in November, Page Six reported that Gisele Bündchen secretly purchased the property in Miami, adding that the mansion is worth $11.5 million. It also said that the estate is situated directly across the creek from her former husband, Tom Brady’s home.

At the time, a source told the outlet that one “could literally swim” from the model’s home to her former husband’s place, “not that they would - but both homes will include a dock, so it would be very easy for them to co-parent their children while living so close to each other.”

Bündchen reportedly first eyed the property on August 16, 2022, with the publication recalling that it was days before Brady’s nearly two-week break from the NFL. It is also claimed that she closed on the mansion on October 6, a few weeks before they finalized their divorce.

Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen had made headlines in the last few months, with reports claiming they were heading toward divorce. Although, they had seemingly maintained their silence amid all the talks and speculations.

It was not until October 28 that the former couple announced their divorce, noting that they finalized it after 13 years of marriage. People confirmed the matter in a report published on the same day.

The magazine said at the time that Bündchen and Brady took their announcement to their respective Instagram accounts, and both noted that they arrived at the decision “amicably."

The model and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback share two children, whom they welcomed in 2009 and 2012.

Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady started dating in late 2006. They got engaged in January 2009 and tied the knot the following month.
