Khloe Kardashian almost missed out on her and her family’s win at the People’s Choice Awards.

“The Kardashians,” which follows the lives of the Kardashian-Jenner family members, won this year’s Best Reality Show category at the awards show.

Upon announcing the win, with Heidi Klum and Michaela Jae Rodriguez presenting the honor, the family’s matriarch took the stage to receive the award. She then revealed to the audience that her daughter, the Good American co-founder, was meant to do it with her, but she was not in her seat.

Cosmopolitan said that Jenner told the audience about Khloe sitting next to her “one second ago.” Before moving on with her speech, she seemingly saw her daughter from the stage and called her out to come up.

Khloe Kardashian is said to have run onto the stage, seemingly leaving her out of breath when she came beside Kris Jenner. She subsequently said, “I am out of breath,” and explained why she was nowhere to be found a moment earlier, as per the outlet.

As it happened, the reality star was “trying to fix my hair” when she left her seat before the announcement of their win. But, she did not dwell on the details and moved on to express her gratitude to all their fans and supporters.

The publication quoted Khloe from her speech, saying, “Thank you guys so much. I am so honored and happy to be here and just that we are able to live our lives in front of the TV and that you guys want to watch it.”

Following the event, Khloe Kardashian joined Kris Jenner for dinner at the Italian restaurant, Giorgio Baldi, according to MailOnline.

The outlet stated the reality star looked sensational in her form-fitting jumpsuit for the outing. It also noted that the piece featured lapel detailing, a satin panel, and long gloves.

As for the momager, she is said to have worn the same ensemble she had sported earlier at the People’s Choice Awards.

Meanwhile, Tuesday’s awards show also saw Khloe Kardashian win a solo award. She is the winner of this year’s Reality TV Star category, taking the win home from her fellow nominees, which included her own sister, Kim Kardashian.

“The Kardashians” premiered on Hulu earlier in April. Its second season arrived in September and concluded a month later.

Season 3 of the reality show is said to be in the works to date.

Kris Jenner confirmed the matter during her acceptance speech at the People’s Choice Awards, adding that they are working on it and “it couldn’t be better."
