George Clooney and Amal Clooney are allegedly having some disagreements because of their twins, Alexander and Ella.

According to Woman’s Day, George wanted his children to study in Los Angeles because this means that they would always be close to him when he works. But Amal wants them to stay in the United Kingdom because she thinks they will be safer there.

“She wants to take Alex and Ela to the UK for school, where she believes they will be safer. It’s an abrupt U-turn from everything they’ve been planning ever since the twins were born. They agreed that they would be raised in the States. The whole reason they changed everything about his house was so the children could grow up in LA. And now Amal wants to run off back to London with his children,” the source said.

The source insisted that Amal wants to live in their house on the Thames in Sonning in the United Kingdom permanently. And George couldn’t help but be dismayed.

“He likes the England house OK but he wants to be in Hollywood, close to his upcoming projects. He’s tired of commuting around the world and wants to put down roots in LA for a while. Amal said George can stay in LA if he likes, but she’s taking the kids back to her hometown. Her family’s there, some of the best schools in the world are there, and that’s where in her mind Alex and Ella belong, whether George likes it or not,” the source said.

However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt. It’s not true that George and Amal are having disagreements over where their twins should be raised.

As a married couple, George and Amal need to make a joint decision and reach a compromise for the sake of their kids. So, if they think that Alexander and Ella would thrive in the United Kingdom then this is what they will most likely do.

On the other hand, if the couple thinks that Alexander and Ella would have a better life in the United States then they would keep them there.

It’s therefore obvious that the tabloid is just pitting George and Amal against each other for click bait purposes. But the truth is, the couple is doing well and no one knows what issues they are facing behind closed doors.
