Prince Andrew Plotting A Luxury Exile To Bahrain Amid Fears That Jeffrey Epstein’s Camp Could Penalize Him?
Prince Andrew allegedly has plans to leave the United Kingdom for Bahrain very soon.
National Enquirer, in its Dec. 12 issue, claimed that Prince Andrew is fearful for his life amid the ongoing investigations involving Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.
Even though Prince Andrew’s name was somehow cleared months ago, the dad of two is still being increasingly paranoid that Epstein’s camp could do something bad to him.
So, instead of staying in the United Kingdom and waiting for his fate to come, he allegedly wants to relocate to Bahrain where he could be treated like a king.
“Andrew believes he will be treated like a king there. He’s close friends with the Arab state’s royals – and they have deep pockets that can help him finance a whole new lavish lifestyle. But more importantly, he will be safe there since Bahrain has no extradition treaty with either the United States or the UK,” the source said.
The source also claimed that Prince Andrew already went to Bahrain recently to see what his life there would look like. And he kept it a secret so that no one would prevent him from taking another trip, which will be more permanent.
“He secretly flew to Bahrain last month on a Swiss billionaire’s private jet and stayed at a $10,000-a-night hotel – with all expenses paid by the Bahrain royals. Andrew’s just landed himself in another mess by colluding with a nation accused of violence, extreme interrogation tactics, and the use of torture. He’s become a dangerous loose cannon who could destroy the monarchy with yet another humiliating scandal,” the source said.
However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt. It’s not true that Prince Andrew plans to relocate to Bahrain for good. It’s not also true that he’s worried for his life amid the ongoing investigations involving Epstein and Maxwell.
The Duke of York has somehow been cleared after he and his accuser, Virginia Roberts Giuffre reached a settlement. So, it seems untimely for Prince Andrew to only fear for his life now.
It’s also not possible for Prince Andrew to just up and leave and relocate to Bahrain since his family and friends are all in the United Kingdom.
For now, he’s living like a normal citizen because he could no longer perform his royal duties.
