Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner are some of the Hollywood couples who keep the details of their relationship under wraps. But, the artist recently shared a rare insight into their marriage and lives as parents of two children.

In an interview with Mr. Porter, the 33-year-old singer shared he wants “to feel like an open book.” However, things seemingly changed when he and the 26-year-old actress first got together.

Jonas stated in the exchange that he realized he “didn’t have a ton of stuff that was just for me” when he and Turner began dating. He added, “And in the end, it makes me a better person to have something for myself.”

Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas first sparked romance speculations in 2016. But, it was not until a few months later that they confirmed and debuted their relationship before the public.

Us Weekly recalls in a report that the two celebrities made their romance “Instagram Official” earlier in 2017. It also notes that the pair made their debut as a couple at HBO’s Golden Globes afterparty in January of the same year.

Two years later, Jonas and Turner surprised their fans and followers with their private wedding in Las Vegas after the Billboard Awards.

Elsewhere in the interview, published Friday, the “Cake By The Ocean” singer opened up about parenthood. It comes after he and the “Game of Thrones” actress welcomed their second child earlier in July.

Joe Jonas told the outlet that he is “a little less scared” this time around. He explained that he does not “need to check their pulse constantly to make sure they’re breathing,” seemingly hinting at the things he likely did when he and his wife had their first child.

The Jonas Brothers member continued that “you get over those fears.” But, he later admitted that he feels “like a kid raising kids.”

At the time, reps for the two celebrities confirmed the matter in a statement to People, noting that they were “delighted to announce the birth of their baby.”

Two years later, reps released a similar statement to the same magazine, confirming the birth of Jonas and Turner’s second daughter: “Joe and Sophie are happy to announce the arrival of their baby girl.”

The publication recalled in its report, published in July 2022, that the “X-Men: Apocalypse” actress first made her second pregnancy known in an interview with Elle UK, which published the exchange earlier in May.
