Queen Consort Camilla Worried That There’s A Plot To Get Rid Of Her Just Like What Happened To Princess Diana?
Queen Consort Camilla is allegedly worried that her days are numbered because a lot of people dislike her.
Globe, in its Nov. 21 issue, claimed that Queen Consort Camilla has also become convinced that she could follow in Princess Diana’s footsteps in the manner in which the latter died.
“Camilla is convinced there’s a plot to get rid of her and she’ll never be crowned queen. She trusts no one and the current tensions in the royal family aren’t making her feel any more secure,” the source said.
The source added that Camilla knows that a lot of people became upset after it was announced that she will be styled as queen consort. And they are also fuming at the thought that she will be crowned alongside King Charles on May 6.
“It’s riled certain royal family members as well as a huge chunk of the British public. They don’t understand why Charles’ mistress is being rewarded when Prince Philip was never crowned alongside Queen Elizabeth. I’m told there are secret discussions behind palace doors to find a way to persuade her to step aside for Charles’ sake and the future of the monarchy. But no one doubts how difficult that will be,” the source said.
The source also claimed that Camilla has always been terrified of flying, but her fears worsened after a near-disaster took place while she was on board the plane.
“Camilla is convinced they were brazen assassination attempts. She doesn’t believe any of the incidents were accidents or coincidences. And this latest midair emergency was another. She believes there are people in the palace who hate her and want her out,” the source said.
However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt. It’s not true that a lot of people want to get rid of Camilla or that she’s worried that she could suffer the same fate as Princess Diana.
There’s also no indication that some people do not want Camilla to be crowned alongside King Charles when royal fans know that this is part of the royal protocol.
It’s obvious that the tabloid is just exaggerating its claims and putting Camilla in a negative light even if its allegations are unfounded. As of late, Camilla will be crowned beside King Charles on May 6.
