Entertainment Tonight learned from a source that the 41-year-old actor is dating Portuguese actress Alba Baptista. It is also said that the two celebrities have been together “for over a year.”

The unnamed insider continued to the outlet, which published the claims on Thursday, that Evans and Baptista “are very in love,” adding that their romantic tie is a “serious” one.

Also, the “Captain America” star has reportedly “never been happier.” It is even claimed that “his family friends all adore” the 25-year-old actress, who stars in the Netflix series, “Warrior Nun.”

While the two personalities have yet to confirm the reports, ET reached out to the alleged couple’s reps for an official statement. However, it noted that their spokespersons were not available for comment.

On Thursday, People magazine, which recently hailed Chris Evans as this year’s “Sexiest Man Alive,” learned similar claims about his love life from a source.

Speaking to the magazine, the informant alleged that the Marvel star shares a “serious” relationship with the Portuguese actress, adding that they have been dating “for over a year."

When asked for a comment, though, the publication stated that reps for the two celebrities did not respond to its requests.

In a cover story for People magazine for its “Sexiest Man Alive” issue, Chris Evans shared an insight about his thoughts on his future outside of acting, including fatherhood and marriage.

The “Before We Go” actor told the outlet that it is “absolutely something I want.” However, he hinted at not sharing details about this aspect of his life during the exchange.

Evans said, “Some things you want just for you, or just for my family and my friends.”

Elsewhere in the interview, published Monday, the “Lightyear” star talked about spending more time at home, with the magazine saying he is trying to have a healthy work-life balance to date.

The actor stated that the location of the shooting for a movie is “more of an issue” for him. He explained that he is “too old to be living out of a suitcase for six months,” adding that he has already “settled into a nicer phase where I’m just happy being at home.”

Reportedly, the only confirmed relationships the actor has had were with Jessica Biel and Jenny Slate. He dated the former from 2001 to 2006 and the latter from 2016 to 2018, according to Us Weekly.
