Jennifer Aniston Stays Super Fit With This No-Nonsense Fitness Regime
Jennifer Aniston may be 51-year-old now and yet boasts one of the most sought-after figures in Hollywood. The actress’s fitness schedule is revealed below.
The Friends alum may be fortunate enough to inherit excellent genes, but it does not mean she does not work hard to stay in shape. Jen is known for her no-nonsense approach to fitness always.
To start with, the actress loves to work out regularly. Leyon Azubuike, her fitness trainer is known to have shared with a magazine that Jen exercises on all seven days of a week. She reportedly works out for 90 minutes each session.
The trainer revealed that they do a variety of things together during their workout session including strength training, jumping rope, and boxing. He further said that the activities are rotated so that Aniston finds it “always hard” and she is continuously being challenged.
Azubuike added that he loves switching the activities for his clients so that the human body responds in a positive. The trainer also shared that Jen has a tight work schedule so they plan out the workout sessions accordingly.
Her workout sessions may start early in the morning. In case, for instance, Aniston has a shoot at 3 am, they will start exercising even before that.
The actress told People Magazine in 2016 her fondness for weight training, which has led to her toned body, especially her arms. She had explained how she grabs weights when there is nothing else to do and simply likes to “move them around.”
Jennifer Aniston had previously shared with a magazine about her special shake, which comprises different types of nutrients including frozen cherries, blueberries, bananas, cacao, and stevia among others. Jen feels a healthy meal in the morning can keep a person fuller for a longer duration.
She also added that a proper morning meal will also give the necessary energy to start the day properly. The actress said that she opts for poached eggs, some toast, and avocado instead of the shake on some days. Jen also has millet cereal with bananas and almond milk in the morning from time to time, which she finds delicious.
Another favorite workout routine of this super-fit actress is boxing, which she does religiously. Aniston had shared with a magazine in 2018 that she finds there is something special concerning “the mental aspect of boxing.”
The actress had confessed she loves boxing and feels it is an excellent way to vent out aggression. She feels it is quite different from riding a bike where a person has to simply sit. The brain has to work when one is boxing and Jennifer Aniston feels that it is an amazing experience, HELLO! reports.
