Kate Middleton is allegedly obsessed with being perfect because she doesn’t want to be less deserving of her new title as the Princess of Wales.

In its Oct. 24 issue, In Touch Weekly claimed that Middleton has also been putting so much pressure on herself because she doesn’t want to disappoint the royal family, especially King Charles.

So, when King Charles gave her and Prince William more duties to perform, she made sure to accept them without any complaints. However, Middleton is secretly struggling to keep up with what’s needed of her because there are just too many things on her plate.

“She’s taking her perfectionism to the extreme, obsessing about being on top of her game as the wife of the next monarch. She struggles to give herself a break and switch off,” the source said.

The source also claimed that Middleton has been suffering from mom guilt because she barely has time to be with her children. So, whenever she’s around, she tries to spend as much time as she can with them even if it means she becomes overbearing.

“She gets them ready for school, cooks for them, and puts them to bed every day, and weekends are dedicated to keeping the children entertained. She has no time left for herself,” the source said.

The insider also claimed that the stress that Middleton is dealing with caused her weight to plummet. As of late, Prince William’s wife is allegedly down 40 pounds and counting.

However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt. It’s not true that Middleton is struggling with her new role as the Princess of Wales.

There’s also no reason for Middleton to put too much pressure on herself while taking on the role because she has been working as a royal for years. As such, she already knows how to handle the pressure.

It is also important to note that Middleton is a very hands-on mom. So, even if she has a very busy schedule, she still spends a lot of time with her kids. In fact, she makes it a point to send them to school, travel, and play with them.

Middleton also has the support of Prince William. So, when things get hard, she has her husband by her side all the time.
