Gisele Bundchen was allegedly the one who hired a divorce lawyer first that’s why Tom Brady was forced to follow suit.

According to Us Weekly, Bundchen and Brady are headed for divorce. And only a miracle can stop the couple from pushing through with their plans to separate.

A source claimed that if the filing pushes through, Bundchen and Brady wouldn’t have a hard time finalizing their split because they are not after each other’s money and assets.

“Gisele was the first to lawyer up, and Tom had to hire one to respond to hers. Neither of them is trying for a money grab. Gisele has more assets and money than Tom, and her name is on all the paperwork for their new home in Florida,” the source said.

The source added that Bundchen’s mind has already been made up so there’s no turning back for the Brazilian model. Bundchen also gave Brady so many chances to change his decision regarding football but he never did.

“Gisele’s reached a point where she couldn’t sit back and take it anymore. It was time to rip off the Band-Aid and start fresh. It’s taken enormous courage for her to put this into motion but it’s very clear that they need to go their separate ways. She wants to keep this as amicable as possible not just for the sake of their two kids but because they’ve shared so much together,” the source said.

The source added that Brady loves his wife so much that he’s struggling to come to terms with the end of their marriage. But his friends have also been reminding the footballer that this is already a done deal and there’s nothing he could do anymore.

While it is true that Bundchen and Brady have been living separate lives, there’s no confirmation regarding their alleged plans to push through with their divorce.

Sources previously claimed that the couple has been in talks with their lawyers for quite some time. But the fact that they haven’t filed anything can give fans a tinge of hope that they can still reconcile.
