Brad Pitt’s mom, Jane, allegedly warned him about his budding relationship with Emily Ratajkowski.

According to In Touch Weekly, Pitt and Ratajkowski were having the best time getting to know each other when the actor’s mom found out that they have been hanging out. Even though Jane likes the model for her son, she is still worried that he could get his heart broken again.

“She doesn’t have anything against Emily, but she’s protective of her son and doesn’t want him to get his heart broken again after two very public divorces, especially as Emily has only just started her own divorce proceedings. It’s also no secret that Brad’s mother loves Jen. She wants her son to be with Jen,” the source said.

However, Pitt isn’t allegedly worried about Ratajkowski potentially hurting his feelings. After all, the Bullet Train actor believes that she’s a wonderful girl who could be trusted.

“She’s a really nice girl. He feels confident that if they get to the meet-the-parents stage, Emily will win his mother over,” the source said.

Still, people close to Pitt are worried that he could just be Ratajkowski’s rebound love. However, the model has not shied away from reassuring the actor that this isn’t the case.

“But Emily insists she knows what she’s doing, and she’s ready to embark on a new romance. For now, she and Brad are taking it one day at a time,” the source said.

However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt. It’s not true that Jane is worried about Pitt getting hurt because the dad of six is already an adult and he can handle breakups and failed relationships.

There’s also no indication that Jane told Pitt that she wants him to date Aniston over Ratajkowski because she has always been Team Jen. All these claims and insistence about Pitt and Aniston dating are old news. The exes are nothing more than friends and they will never get back together.

As of late, there’s also no proof that Pitt and Ratajkowski are dating. They have not been photographed together so it’s unclear where the rumors are coming from. But they all started after reports revealed that Ratajkowski split from her partner.

Since she and Pitt are both single right now, it’s convenient to link the two to each other.
