Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s marriage is way past the honeymoon stage.

A source told Star that Lopez and Affleck are going through so-called marital mayhem just three months after they tied the knot. And it seems there’s no more going back for the couple.

“Before the wedding, Jennifer put on an Oscar-worthy performance for Ben, pretending to be the perfect, easygoing wife-to-be,” the source said.

As a result, Affleck allegedly became blinded by the love that he received from Lopez especially since he just got his heart broken by his ex-girlfriend, Ana de Armas.

“He didn’t realize what he was getting into,” the source said.

The source also claimed that Lopez doesn’t know how to handle stress and pressure because it gravely affects his marriage to the point that the mom of two points fingers at her husband and shouts at him.

“It makes people wonder if she mistakes him for the dog,” the source said.

On top of their issues as a couple, Affleck is also struggling with having a blended family. All of a sudden he has five kids to look after instead of just three.

“Being a blended family is more of a struggle than Ben ever imagined. Ben had a quiet word with Emme and Max about everyone making an effort to get along, and Jennifer got up in his face. He feels like he can’t do anything without getting his head bitten off,” the source said.

The source said that Affleck and Lopez’s friends couldn’t help but hope that their issues are just temporary and would be resolved. After all, they are still rooting for the couple. However, only time will tell if things will improve between the two.

As of late, there’s no indication that Affleck and Lopez are struggling in their marriage or that they are way past their honeymoon stage. It seems that things are going well for the couple and their blended family. In fact, they were just spotted hanging out with each other in recent weeks.

So, it is possible that all the rumors claiming that their marriage is falling apart aren’t true and were just created for click bait purposes because it is what sells the magazines.
