Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson welcomed their second child via surrogate. Despite their split earlier this year, she let her former partner meet their son in the hospital and shared a moment with their newborn baby.

People noted that fans and followers witnessed what went down during the meeting as the moment is part of “The Kardashians” Season 2 premiere. The episode, which aired Thursday on Hulu, also reveals the Good American co-founder’s thoughts about the matter.

In a confessional, Kardashian shared she was hesitant about letting the NBA player come to the hospital. But, following the advice of her older sister, Kim Kardashian, she allowed him to meet their son.

The magazine quoted Khloe Kardashian from the confessional, saying, “I’ve been on the fence about letting Tristan come to the hospital or not, but Tristan wants to be here, so I just figured, why not let him come? I’ll never get this moment back.”

While the former couple shared the moment in person with their second child, everyone else in the family was not in attendance due to COVID-19. As a response to the situation, the reality star video-called members of the Kardashian-Jenner household, including her first-born child with Thompson.

Elsewhere in Thursday’s episode of “The Kardashians” Season 2, Khloe Kardashian and the rest of the family were seen brainstorming for a few names ahead of her second child’s arrival. It appeared to have happened during the baby shower, which Kris Jenner hosted, according to E! News.

At one point in the lion-themed event, Kardashian told family and friends that the name “is going to start with a ‘T.’” She noted that “that’s really the only names [she has] been looking at” for her son.

The “Revenge Body” host’s loved ones gave several suggestions for the name. The momager also joked about naming the new member of the family “Travis,” adding that they could “then just have an easy three.”

Khloe Kardashian has yet to reveal the moniker she gave her son. She was even reportedly holding off on naming her second child after welcoming him to the family.

In August, days after the birth of the baby, a source told People that the reality star is “taking her time with the name.” As noted, she “has not shared a name yet” as “she wants it to be just right.”

Nevertheless, the same insider said, “Khloe is on cloud nine” and “very excited to be a mom again.” It was also stated that “getting a sibling for True has been such a journey,” adding that “she really wanted a baby boy.”
