Victoria Beckham, Nicola Peltz Couldn’t Get Along Because They Both Think Brooklyn Beckham Is Their, Rumors Claim
Victoria Beckham and Nicola Peltz have been feuding for quite some time and the reason is finally being revealed.
In its Sept. 19 issue, New Idea claimed that Beckham and Peltz were on good terms while the latter was dating Brooklyn. But the relationship of the in-laws immediately turned sour after the couple tied the knot.
After all, a source claimed that Victoria and Peltz couldn’t help but think and feel that Brooklyn is theirs.
“In some ways, they’re too similar. They both know their own mind and they both feel that Brooklyn is theirs. Brooklyn is caught in the middle and sadly for his mother, it seems his new wife is winning this particular battle,” the source said.
The source added that Victoria also had negative feelings after Peltz and Brookly decided to tie the knot on Peltz’s family’s property. Victoria allegedly hoped that her son’s wedding would take place in London.
“The Beckhams felt sidelined by the Peltz family’s blatant show of largesse. It was made clear then that they were in charge,” the source said.
And then there are also allegedly issues when it comes to Peltz’s wedding gown because she decided to wear a Valentino dress instead of a Victoria Beckham collection.
Through it all, David Beckham has been trying his best to play peacemaker for all parties involved in the alleged war. But he’s slowly losing patience because no one is cooperating with him.
“The Beckhams worked so hard to create a solid family unit with their four children, and to see it come undone is heartbreaking. Victoria wants it all to just stop,” the source said.
However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt. As of late, there’s no proof that Victoria and Peltz are feuding regardless of what the tabloid says.
It’s not also true that the two women are competing over Brooklyn because Victoria knows what it means to be married.
When she tied the knot with David years ago, the couple also started their own life and spent more time with each other than with their respective families. This is the natural progression of things for married couples. So, it wouldn’t make sense for Victoria to be upset because of it.
It’s not also true that David is trying to play peacemaker for everyone because there’s no feud after all.
