Ben Affleck is allegedly struggling to fund his wife Jennifer Lopez’s luxurious lifestyle because he’s not as rich as her.

In its Sept. 19 issue, New Idea claimed that Lopez loves the finer things in life. So, she’s always on the lookout for some of the most expensive things that money can buy.

“Ben adores J.Lo but she does have a taste for the finger things in life and he has no interest in bankrolling her vanity and opulence,” the source said.

The insider also claimed that Affleck already shelled out millions on his two weddings to Lopez so he’s freaking out because he doesn’t know how to recover financially.

For now, Lopez is allegedly the one taking care of Affleck, but she’s not happy with it.

“She’s having to fund most because the guy doesn’t have deep pockets,” the source said.

The source added that Affleck is finding it difficult to keep up with his wife’s demands. And he’s torn because he wants to make her happy. So, what usually happens is that he spends more than what he can afford so that Lopez wouldn’t be disappointed.

“J.Lo’s fully expecting the big bucks to roll in once they form their own production company,” the source said.

However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt. As of late, there’s no proof that Lopez has been demanding so much from Affleck financially.

After all, Lopez also has millions in her bank account so she’s set for life. As such, there’s no reason for her to take advantage of Affleck.

It’s not also true that Affleck is having a hard time supporting Lopez financially because he’s strapped for cash. Even though it’s possible that Lopez is richer than her husband, this doesn’t mean that Affleck doesn’t have enough to support their family.

It is important to note that Affleck has been working as an actor for decades so it’s not true that he’s struggling with his finances because Lopez is urging him to overspend.

All these claims are not news and several tabloids have been suggesting that Lopez is a greedy wife who takes advantage of Affleck even though their claims are baseless.

As of writing, Affleck and Lopez couldn’t be happier with each other and there’s no indication that they’re having issues with money and spending.
