Amid the bitter divorce process that she is going through with her husband Kyle Newman, actress Jaime King has been spotted with a new man in LA. 

People reports that Jaime King was spotted going out for a drive with a mystery man. The man has not yet been named but sources close to the Sin City actress said that the man was just a friend. 

It was just last week when Jaime filed for a divorce and along with it a temporary restraining order against her husband, filmmaker Kyle Newman. Days later, the two sides hurled accusations against each other amidst what looks like a contentious divorce. 

One of the reasons that Jaime gave for the restraining order is her accusation that her husband has abused her for the past five years. According to The Daily Mail, Jaime claimed that her husband had been tracking her through GPS. He has also taken money from their bank account without telling her. Aside from that, he had also called her a 'c**-sucking who**' in front of their two sons. She even said that her husband had gotten other people to watch all her movements. 

Their sons, six-year-old James and four-year-old Leo had been staying with their father in Pennsylvania; but Jaime says that he had actually kidnapped the children and refused to return them to LA. 

Meanwhile, Kyle has said that Jaime was the one who suggested that the kids should be staying with him. He exposed that Jaime had been a drug addict for many years, even before she got pregnant with their first child. 

It got so bad that she had allegedly endangered their children as she drove under the influence with their children inside the same car. Kyle claims that he and their friends tried to stage an intervention early this year, giving her an ultimatum that if she does not seek help, he and the children will have to leave for their own safety. 

The representative for Jaime King, who is a close friend of pop star Taylor Swift, said that Kyle's revelation about the alleged chronic use of drugs is just his way of manipulating the court system. 

The two had been married since 2007 after meeting on the set of the movie Fanboys, which she starred in and he directed. Jaime had struggled in her journey to conceive a child, having been diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and endometriosis.
