Are Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson no longer a couple?

This is the question many fans and followers seemingly have following the latest claims about their relationship.

Sources exclusively told E! News that the 41-year-old reality star and 28-year-old comedian have broken up, with the split occurring “sometime this week.” It is also claimed that the duo has “decided to just be friends.”

With regard to the reason for the shocking breakup, insiders alleged that Kardashian and Davidson “made it really difficult to maintain a relationship” over a long distance, alongside their “demanding schedules.”

A different source, meanwhile, pointed out, though, that the SKIMS founder’s divorce from Kanye West continues to move ahead. As added, the former couple “are happily co-parenting” their four children.

People later released a similar report, noting that another insider spoke to them about the alleged split. As claimed, Pete Davidson and Kim Kardashian ended their romance this week, seemingly echoing the assertions from earlier reports.

The magazine consequently quoted the source, alleging, “Part of the reason they split was because of their busy schedules.” It continues, “They both travel all the time and it was hard.”

As the breakup narrative continues to develop, the “Saturday Night Live” alum and the “Kardashians” star have yet to make any official statements. Also, when asked for a comment, reps for both parties did not reportedly immediately respond.

It remains unclear whether the allegations are accurate or legitimate. Unless otherwise stated, the reports seemingly remain mere speculation and rumor.

Also, the split reports appear to have contradicted other sources’ earlier claims about Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson.

On Thursday, an unnamed informant told People that the reality star is ready to reunite with the comedian after spending time apart as he worked on his latest project in Australia. She is reportedly “anxious” to see and be with her boyfriend as his work commitment is wrapping up.

Although it was claimed that “the long distance has not been easy” for the SKIMS founder, she and the “Set It Up” actors were said to be “making it work.”

The same insider later added that Pete Davidson and Kim Kardashian “are still very happy” and “they are very much a serious couple.”

The two celebrities first sparked romance rumors in November. It came weeks after they shared an on-screen kiss when she made her hosting debut for “Saturday Night Live.”

In the months that followed, Kardashian and Davidson continued to make joint outings and appearances, even going on trips together. The former even recently flew to Australia to be with the latter amid their busy schedules.
