Prince Harry Memoir Will Not Include ‘Anything Unpleasant About Anyone’, Expert Suggests
Prince Harry will “focus on himself” in his upcoming memoir, according to a royal expert.
Express UK reported that the assertion came from Ingrid Seward, who recently spoke about the highly anticipated book of the royal-born Prince. As noted, she believes that he would not take pot shots at the members of the British Royal Family in his material.
The publication said that the expert made her thoughts known during a recent episode of “The Royal Beat” podcast.
Seward reportedly asserted that she has got a feeling that the Duke of Sussex “is not going to knock any members of his family.” It is also shared that she believes the former working royal “wants to talk about himself,” “his feelings,” and “his wokeness.”
The outlet later quoted the royal commentator, adding, “The co-author, or, in fact, the ghostwriter, is a very very good writer indeed.” It continues, “He has a way with words that he can encompass all that.”
In the end, Seward reportedly concluded that Prince Harry would not likely “say anything unpleasant about anyone” in his memoir.
The expert’s latest assertions about the memoir seemingly echoed Omid Scobie’s previous statements on an episode of the “Royally Obsessed” podcast.
The royal author, who co-authored “Finding Freedom,” shared at the time that the Duke of Sussex “is going out of his way to make sure that there isn’t material in there that can be seen as negative towards the Queen or her reign in any way whatsoever.”
He also claimed that the royal intends to “celebrate” the British Monarch’s life, as well as his relationship with her in the book.
Page Six consequently quoted Scobie, saying, “I think as much as the press wants this to be a burn book and an attack on the institution, this is more just about his story.”
Meanwhile, no official word has been heard yet from Prince Harry and his camp regarding the release of the memoir. But, The Sun learned from a publishing source that the book “is done and out of [the royal]’s hands” on July 24.
The insider claimed that “the manuscript has been finished and gone through all of the legal processes.” It was also alleged that the book is on track for publication at “the end of the year,” with the outlet stating that Penguin Random House is trying to get the material out for a Thanksgiving and Christmas release.
