Kate Middleton is playing the role of peacemaker for Prince William and Prince Harry, who still have not reconciled after all these years.

According to National Enquirer, Middleton has been urging her husband to make peace with Prince Harry. However, Prince William isn’t really on board with his wife’s wishes because reconciling with Prince Harry means patching things up with Markle as well.

However, the Duchess of Cambridge stressed that Prince William wouldn’t have to worry about Markle because they will stay away from her for as long as possible. For now, the most important thing is for the brothers to reconcile.

A source claimed that the future queen consort is suddenly keen on helping Prince William and Prince Harry make amends because the Cambridges will travel to the United States this year. And the royal couple wants to reunite with the Duke of Sussex while they are there.

“William and Kate are highly likely to visit California and it seems only right for the brothers to meet up at a neutral venue to iron out a few compromises before it’s too late. It all depends on timing, of course, and there’s every chance William could change his mind, especially if Harry’s insulting toward their family. But as of now, there’s a desire on William’s part to have face time with his brother – provided Meghan isn’t by his side and Harry can promise he’ll keep his mouth shut,” the source said.

The source also claimed to know Middleton’s plans on how Prince William and Prince Harry can have a one-on-one conversation. They said that the brothers would meet first and after hashing out their issues, Prince Harry would also meet Middleton.

After the trio finishes their private meeting, that’s the only time that Markle would be allowed into the picture.

There are allegedly fears that nothing would be resolved if Markle is around. After all, this is what happened during the queen’s Platinum Jubilee. So, the Cambridges want to have some solo time with Prince Harry first.

However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt. As of late, there’s no proof that Middleton is trying to set up Prince William and Prince Harry so that they could talk while the Cambridges are in the US.

In fact, multiple royal experts already predicted that the brothers won’t cross paths during Cambridge’s overseas visit.
