Khloe Kardashian allegedly struggled when she found out that her surrogate is pregnant with her and Tristan Thompson’s second child.

A source told Star that the timing was so hard on Kardashian since the surrogate became pregnant shortly after Thompson’s latest cheating scandal was exposed.

The insider claimed that The Kardashians star had no idea that Thompson hooked up with another woman while they were still trying to repair their relationship.

And what’s worse is that Thompson even fathered the woman’s child.

So, Kardashian had a hard time processing what happened. But she eventually decided to focus on the fact that having a second child is just a huge blessing.

“Khloe really wanted a Brother for True. But the timing was so, so tough on Khloe. She took a long time to process the hurt and the shock but chose to cling to the good news instead of resentment or bitterness,” the source said.

Shortly after Thompson’s cheating scandal broke out, he and Kardashian split yet again. But the athlete allegedly promised his ex and his daughter that he will always be there for them and their unborn son.

“Tristan has promised to be there for his child in any way he can. To his credit, he’s wonderful with True, so Khloe has no reason to doubt,” the source said.

The Good American founder will also have plenty of help when her baby arrives. In fact, she’s ready to welcome her second child because the baby’s nursery has already been set up.

Kardashian also allegedly hired several nannies to help her raise her son. And she’s vowed to keep focusing on the positive because there’s no other option for her.

Meanwhile, weeks after their surrogate’s pregnancy was announced to the world, Kardashian and Thompson seem to be exchanging cryptic messages on social media. However, no one knows for sure if they are replying to each other with these messages.

“Be thankful that you don't already have everything you desire...If you did, what would there be to look forward to? Be thankful when you don't know something...For it gives you the opportunity to learn. Be thankful for the difficult times. During those times you grow. Be thankful for your limitations. Because they give you opportunities for improvement,” Kardashian posted.

Shortly after, Thompson posted a lengthy message about taking responsibility for one’s life, according to E! News.
