Prince Harry's Ex Cressida Bonas Reportedly Expecting First Child Two Years After Wedding
Cressida Bonas, the former partner of Prince Harry, will soon reportedly welcome her first child.
Express UK said it comes after a recent sighting of the 33-year-old actress shows she had a slight baby bump.
The royal-born Prince’s ex-girlfriend stepped out on Saturday to attend the wedding of Lady Tatiana Mountbatten, daughter of the Marquess of Milford Haven, who is Queen Elizabeth II’s cousin.
Bonas donned a pink pleated maxi skirt and paired it with a white v-neck top underneath a black blazer. The ensemble is said to have flowed over her visible baby bump on the special day.
No official word has been heard yet from Cressida Bonas and her husband regarding the matter. They have yet to confirm whether they are indeed expecting their first child.
The pregnancy reports come two years after the English actress tied the knot with Harry Wentworth-Stanley, son of the Marchioness of Milford Haven. They officially wedded in late July, amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
Despite no longer being together, the English actress remains friends with Prince Harry. Reports said this became apparent when she attended her former boyfriend’s wedding to Meghan Markle in 2018.
Nearly six months after her wedding, Cressida Bonas opened up about her "COVID-19 era nuptials." She penned an essay about the special day for The Spectator magazine, according to People.
The “Bye Bye Man” actress revealed in her piece how they modified the ceremony in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. With the restrictions in place across the United Kingdom at the time, they had to follow the protocols and measures.
Bonas shared that she and Wentworth-Stanley planned their wedding in under two weeks. Despite having a very short period of planning, their nuptials turned out to be a “dream day” for them, noting, however, that it was not how she had dreamed it would be.
Overall, Prince Harry’s former girlfriend stated that “everything fell into place” when she saw her now-husband waiting for her at the altar.
The two personalities announced their engagement in 2019. On Instagram, they posted a photo of them together and captioned it with “We getting married.”
E! Online said Cressida Bonas and Harry Wentworth-Stanley "reignited their romance" following her split from Prince Harry in 2014.
She and the royal-born Prince dated for two years before parting ways amicably. Reports claimed she ended the relationship due to the public scrutiny of being with the British Royal.
The publication also noted that Princess Eugenie introduced them to each other before they began their relationship.
