Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden are allegedly trying for baby number two.

An unnamed source told Us Weekly that Diaz and her husband of seven years, Benji Madden couldn’t be more in love with each other. As such, they are also committed to expanding their family.

“They are very much trying to have a baby. They would love to have a boy, of course, but they just want a healthy baby. They’re all in. It’s just a matter of timing. Cameron feels so blessed to be a mom. She and Benji have settled into parenthood effortlessly, but they wanted to devote all their energy to raising Raddix during the first couple of years of her life. Now, they’re more than ready,” the source said.

Throughout the years, Diaz has shared a lot of things about her husband. In fact, it’s very common for the actress to gush over Madden during her interviews.

In 2017, Diaz professed her love for the Good Charlotte frontman and said that she has never been in love the way that she loves Madden.

And when they had their daughter, Diaz decided to take a step back from acting so that she could focus on being a mom and a wife.

“Cameron no longer wanted to be gone for weeks and months at a time, away from Raddix. She didn’t close the door on acting entirely, the priority was taking a break and enjoying the other aspects of her life and not being in that pressure cooker situation anymore,” the source said.

Diaz and Madden also make a great team because they are the best of friends who respect each other for who they are. They are also very funny and love a good laugh.

And now that Diaz is also ready to return to her acting career, she knows that she has her husband’s full support. However, Diaz also vowed to be very careful with the roles that she would accept.

“And it goes without saying that she’ll have a long maternity leave once the new baby is here,” the source said.

However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt. As of late, there’s no proof that Diaz and Madden are trying for baby number two.
