Princess Eugenie is allegedly relocating to Portugal with her husband, Jack Brooksbank, and son, August.

An unnamed source told New Idea that Princess Eugenie is sick and tired of all the drama surrounding the royal family, particularly her dad, Prince Andrew.

“They’re done with all the drama going on in Buckingham Palace right now. Eugenie wants to focus on August and hopefully have another baby. With all the stresses of lawsuits and the gloom that’s come over the family as the queen’s health continues to waver, she wants to focus on her new family, and moving to Portugal is the right thing for them,” the source said.

The source claimed that Princess Eugenie and their family would maintain their residence in Kensington Palace’s Ivy Cottage. They lived there before relocating to Frogmore Cottage before August was born.

“Eugenie needs this. She’s really had a tough time with all the problems back home, but seeing her father systematically turned into a disgraced walking punchline has devastated her. Eugenie needs some space from it all and can’t wait to get set into their new home. She knows nothing is forever, but in Portugal, she can enjoy a few years of a stable, somewhat ‘normal life’ without being too close to all the drama. She just wants to focus on being a great mom,” the source said.

However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt. As of late, there’s no proof that Princess Eugenie has plans to relocate to Portugal. This move wouldn’t make sense especially because of the reason that the tabloid presented.

Princess Eugenie doesn’t have anything to do with the drama surrounding the royal family. When his dad was accused of sexual abuse, she didn’t leave Britain for Portugal. So, now that Prince Andrew already reached a settlement with Virginia Roberts Giuffre, this means that it wouldn’t make sense for Princess Eugenie to still leave.

The mom of one doesn’t also have anything to do with the scandal involving Prince Harry and Meghan Markle even though she’s been dragged into it.

Weeks ago, Princess Eugenie was accused of favoring Prince Harry and Markle over Prince William and Kate Middleton. Multiple sources claimed that this is the case because Princess Eugenie and Prince Harry are very close to each other especially while they were growing up.
