Amber Heard is allegedly looking for handouts because she doesn’t have a steady source of income.

A source told Globe that the Aquaman star is desperate for cash especially since she knows that not many people would still want to work with her.

One of the first things that Heard would do is to write a tell-all about her failed marriage to Johnny Depp.

“Her book deal should fetch a couple of million at the very least and there are various one-off commercial partnerships in the works. But it’s a drop in the ocean compared to how much she needs to raise,” the source said.

Heard’s lawyer confirmed that her client doesn’t have enough money to even pay Depp $10 million in damages. And what’s worse is that this isn’t the only thing that the actress needs to pay for.

“Besides Johnn’s huge $10 million payment, she has legal bills and living expenses coming out of her ears. She’s burned through her checking and savings accounts and is hardly likely to convince banks she’s capable of repaying a loan,” the source said.

For now, Heard is allegedly surviving because she’s been going to low-end stores like TJ Maxx. But it’s only a matter of time before Heard struggles even more because she’s used to living the high life.

“That leaves her dependent on the goodwill of her filthy-rich pals, those that are left anyway. And these guys didn’t get rich by being charitable. She’s also reaching out to other friends both in the US and abroad. Amer realizes she’s going to have to beg and grovel,” the source said.

While it is true that Heard has been asked to pay Depp $10 million, it’s not true that the actress is struggling financially. Heard has been working as an actress for many years and there’s no indication that she doesn’t have savings.

In fact, Heard previously received a generous sum from her ex-husband after winning the case in London. She claimed to have donated the full amount to charity, but Depp’s lawyer learned that she didn’t.

Heard managed to donate some amount to her chosen charity. But Depp’s lawyer, Camille Vasquez confirmed that the money came from her rumored ex-boyfriend, Elon Musk.

This means that Heard still has the money that was given to her by Depp.
