Pete Davidson is allegedly ready to propose to Kim Kardashian.

In its July 11 issue, National Enquirer claimed that Davidson shared the news with his friends. He allegedly told them that the ring is always in his pocket or bag so that he can pop the question anytime he sees fit.

However, a source said that Davidson’s pals are worried. After all, proposals are all too familiar for the Saturday Night Live star.

“Pete has bought the ring and is ready to propose. He got engaged to Ariana Grande just weeks after hooking up with her, so no one should be surprised that we’re in the same situation with Kim,” the source said.

The source added that Davidson has the tendency of using his heart more than his head when it comes to his relationships. So, it’s unlikely for him to have learned from his past mistakes.

“Pete is convinced that Kim is the one and doesn’t want to lose her. But his friends worry that a proposal might push her away. To be clear, Kim really does love Pete too. But that doesn’t mean she’s ready to get married today,” the source said.

Rumors about Davidson proposing to Kardashian have been rife for months. In fact, the rumors started swirling shortly after the couple’s relationship was confirmed.

However, it’s obvious that there’s no truth to the rumors. After all, Davidson’s plans to propose to Kardashian wouldn’t be leaked to the press because he would want to surprise his girlfriend.

And it’s also unlikely for a tabloid to be the first one to know that Davidson already bought a ring for his girlfriend.

It’s not also true that the couple is in a rush to settle down. They just started dating a few months ago. And Kardashian is still finalizing her divorce from Kanye West so it’s highly likely for her to want to resolve this matter first.

Kardashian has never kept any of her engagements a secret. So, if she’s already engaged or is ready to settle down again, she would be the first one to share the news with the world.

The fact that she hasn’t said anything proves that the tabloid is just making up lies about the couple for clickbait purposes. For now, Davidson and Kardashian are just enjoying each other’s company as boyfriend and girlfriend.
