Britney Spears and Sam Asghari have allegedly started to regret their decision to wed so soon.

In its July 11 issue, National Enquirer claimed that Spears and Asghari were surprised when their marital bliss dwindled just weeks after they exchanged their I do’s.

Prior to their wedding, the couple seemed madly in love with each other. But it seems things changed when things got back to normal.

“They’re wondering if they jumped the gun and should have waited. But what’s done is done, and they’re trying to roll with the punches. It’s tough since Britney’s been fighting with everyone – from her mom, Lynne, to her brother, Bryan,” the source said.

The source added that Asghari is disappointed with how things turned out after her wedding to Spears. After all, the fitness instructor allegedly thought that the “Toxic” singer would finally treat her like her husband but things didn’t improve.

“He thought she’d start treating him like a husband instead of an employee. But she’s still got him running errands instead of letting him work on his acting career and it’s a sore point. He’s resenting every minute of it. He’s not a houseboy and doesn’t want to be seen as a trophy husband. She’ll let him pay for dinner, but it’s a token gesture and they both know it,” the source said.

Additionally, Spears and Asghari have allegedly been struggling with their finances. The latter wants to control the money that they spend on their trips. But Spears refuses to budge because she believes she deserves it.

“Britney says now. Sam says wait. It’s unfortunate because this is the time they should be kicking back and having fun. But their to-do list is piling up all the time and spiraling out of control,” the source said.

However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt. As of late, there’s no proof that Spears and Ashgari’s marital bliss is long gone. The couple just tied the knot a few weeks ago so it’s unlikely to happen.

It is almost important to note that Spears and Asghari dated for a very long time before they finally tied the knot. This means that the couple didn’t just jump the gun and wed each other on a whim.

These claims prove that the tabloid is just making up stories about Spears and Asghari.
