Joe Biden mistakenly showed photographers a list of instructions, seemingly guiding him on how to act during a recent meeting.

Mail Online referred to it as an “awkward cheat sheet” as the list appears to be “basic commands.” These include taking his seat, who to thank, and when to depart.

The United States President reportedly accidentally revealed the “eight-point” note for how to conduct himself to photographers during the meeting with wind-industry executives inside the Roosevelt Room of the White House.

The New York Post noted that he attended the engagement after skipping his meeting with oil companies earlier that day.

As stated, the engagement went well without any incident, although eagle-eyed photographers quickly realized what Biden had revealed.

The publication included a photo of the said “cheat sheet” in its report. It was titled, “Offshore Wind Drop-By Sequence of Events,” with the outlet asserting that whoever typed up the detailed instructions had “clearly intended it” to be for the U.S. President’s eyes only.

This comes as the list of instructions refers to Joe Biden as “YOU,” in bold, upper case lettering, rather than “The President.”

The list of instructions begins at “You enter the Roosevelt Room and say hello to participants.” The next set of directions read, “YOU take YOUR seat” and “YOU give brief comments (2 minutes).”

Following the reporters’ departure, the note says, “YOU ask Liz Shuler, President, AFL-CIO, a question.”

The latter two instructions read, “YOU thank participants” and “YOU depart.”

This is not the first time Joe Biden accidentally showed a “note” to reporters and photographers.

In July 2021, he was photographed reading a hand-written note from an aide informing him there was “something on [his] chin,” according to Fox News.

As seen in the photos, the note reads, “Sir, there is something on your chin.”

The publication noted that the U.S. President was with the governors in the Eisenhower Building at the time. He met with them to talk about the “preparedness and response efforts” amid the year’s wildfire season.

Reports said that an aide handed the note after seeing Joe Biden with a small, yellow object below his mouth. After reading what the aide had written, he wiped his chin and looked at his hand.

A few moments later, the U.S. President held the note again, allowing reporters and photographers to read what was written. As explained, it became visible because he used the same piece to jot down notes during the meeting.
