Truth About Nick Carter Collaborating With NSYNC
Nick Carter is liking the idea of doing a collaboration with several artists, which includes NSYNC, as a way to raise money for charity.
This was all revealed in an interview with Hollywood Life through Instagram Live. When asked if he is open to teaming up with the boyband, the 40-year-old singer was all for it. Although the question was just something out of the blue and no official plans have been made, Nick already thought of just how this collaboration can happen.
In fact, he is not just thinking of NSYNC but other groups as well! He has an idea of making a song that has the same vibe of We are the World and to raise money for a specific charity through the song. He says that as he sees just how the frontline workers are doing their best to battle the virus, he believes that he and his fellow artist can give back through music.
Years ago, this would have been inconceivable, but with the things that are going on around now, it just might happen.
Backstreet Boys recently announced that they would no longer be able to continue their world tour due to the pandemic that is going on right now. Most likely, the DNA World Tour would be moved to 2021. But Nick claimed that despite not being able to do the tour, the group continues to meet virtually and continue to plan for future projects together. NIck even teases that they might have something planned for the holiday season.
The group, which is one of the most successful boybands in the world, finished their two-year residency in Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas last year. Nick would welcome the idea of performing at Vegas again too. In the meantime, he is just enjoying his time at home with his wife and children.
One family member that he might be reluctant to see is his own brother, Aaron Carter. According to ET Canada, it seems that Aaron thought that he and his older brother were never that close. Aaron started his own solo career at the height of his brother's popularity and he believes that their might have been issues with their mother spending most of her time with the younger Carter. He thinks Nick believes that he is the reason why Aaron had a career in the industry.
But Aaron says that his solo projects actually fared better than Nick's. His last album was released in 2018.
