Mayim Bialik has been hosting Jeopardy! For a couple of months but she has failed to capture the attention of fans.

Rumors are rife that viewers of Jeopardy! find Bialik boring. And they also dislike her style.

A source told Globe that Jeopardy! fans are urging the people behind the show to replace Bialik immediately.

“The overwhelming consensus among fans and audience panels is Mayim’s drab, has no style, and is too uptight. Bosses know she has to change and have more Hollywood glamour. They want her to put more effort into her wardrobe and wear some makeup because viewers can’t stand her outfits,” the source said.

More specifically, viewers allegedly want Bialik to wear more form-fitting pieces and geometric patterns to make her look more appealing on television.

However, the pleas of fans have allegedly fallen on deaf ears because Bialik refused to listen to their requests. The actress is putting up a good fight not only to keep dressing the way she likes but to also keep hosting Jeopardy!

“She thinks it’s highly irregular to require her to wear designer duds. She supplies her own wardrobe from her own closet and that’s the problem. It’s become a standoff. Some may sneaker Ken Jennings may be back sooner than anyone thought,” the source said.

However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt. It’s obvious that the tabloid is just making up stories and putting a target on Bialik’s back.

Her choices in clothing don’t directly affect her hosting abilities so the two should be taken into consideration separately.

It is also important to note that fans and critics will always have something to say. So, it’s obvious that the actress cannot please everyone.

This isn’t the first time that Bialik found herself at the center of rumors. Weeks ago, it was announced that a Jeopardy! a spinoff called Celebrity Jeopardy! will premiere soon, according to Good Housekeeping.  

And fans immediately speculated on the possibility of Bialik hosting the other show.

The fact that fans want Bialik to host the spinoff proves that they actually love her as a host on Jeopardy! This also proves that the rumors being spread by the tabloid aren’t true and it’s just another way of attacking an innocent A-lister.
