While there are no photos to document the first meeting between Queen Elizabeth II and her great-granddaughter Lilibet. This is because according to insiders, the queen banned Prince Harry and Meghan Markle from taking pictures. 

According to The Sun, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex wanted to send a camera to document their first meeting, but Buckingham Palace said "no."

"Harry and Meghan wanted their photographer to capture the moment Lilibet greeted the Queen," a source told the outlet. "But they were told no chance. It was an intimate family gathering."

According to the publication, the Sussexes' photographer shot photos of Lilibet and Queen Elizabeth II, which they believe will be shared with US TV networks or perhaps Netflix.

Furthermore, the royal family was alleged to have kept the couple at arm's length throughout the Queen's Platinum Jubilee festivities, with no public appearances alongside Her Majesty, Prince Charles, Camilla Parker Bowles, Prince William, or Kate Middleton.

Fortunately, the royal renegades decided to follow the script and keep a low profile throughout the weekend, with no Netflix cameras in tow.

There are also no other details about the said meeting. The couple has not shared any more information and Buckingham Palace also refused to comment.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were seated in the second row for the Queen's Thanksgiving Service on Friday, while the key royals sat in the front row.

Prince Harry, William Royal Feud Not Over?

Lilibet Diana celebrated her first birthdayon Saturday.

Prior to her and her parents' return to California, it was announced that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle had invited Prince William, Kate Middleton, and their children to her first birthday celebration, but the family did not attend, according to Page Six.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were invited to join the Sussexes at their UK residence in Frogmore Cottage, but they declined.

This might imply that their rumored conflict is still ongoing.

"Things are still strained - William is still hesitant of spending any time alone with Harry since you never know what may be reported back afterward," a source said.

Another claim from the publication stated that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle left without spending any time alone with their brother- and sister-in-law and their cousins' children.

On Sunday, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle returned to the United Kingdom with their children, although this was believed to be pre-planned and in no way disrespectful to Queen Elizabeth II on the penultimate day of her Platinum Jubilee festivities.
