Kourtney Kardashian’s Children Dislike Travis Barker? Mason, Penelope, Reign Don’t Want Scott Disick Replaced
Kourtney Kardashian’s three children, Mason, Penelope, and Reign allegedly dislike their new stepdad, Travis Barker.
In its June 13 issue, National Enquirer claimed that Kardashian’s children don’t like the idea of Barker trying to replace their biological dad, Scott Disick.
“They want no part of Travis Barker taking over for their dad,” the source said.
The source also claimed that Kardashian and Disick’s children have nothing but negative things to say about Barker because this is all that they hear from their dad. After all, Disick has allegedly been bad-mouthing the Blink drummer nonstop.
For his part, Barker’s ex-wife, Shanna Moakler isn’t also thrilled over her ex-husband’s new husband. After all, the Celebrity Big Brother alum is convinced that Kardashian and her entire family are the reason why her children are alienated from her.
“My family is broken because of this family. And now my kids are alienated from each other because of another in the family,” Moakler previously said.
To make their claims more convincing, the tabloid used an example from The Kardashians when Reign asked his mom and Barker to stop kissing.
The tabloid claimed that Reign’s comments showed that he doesn’t like Barker for his mom. However, this isn’t entirely the case.
In the episode, Kardashian’s children also bonded and laughed with Barker. Reign’s comment shouldn’t be taken out of context because it’s not usual for young kids to be grossed out by older people kissing each other.
As such, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt. It’s not true that Kardashian and Disick’s children dislike Barker. On the contrary, it seems that the youngsters want nothing more than for their mom to be happy. As such, they support her marriage to Barker.
Meanwhile, the happy couple has also been making headlines amid reports that they are still trying to conceive their first child together. During an episode of The Kardashians, the reality TV star revealed that her last shot at IVF didn’t work out.
So, she and Barker are now looking for other options on how they can have a baby together.
Sources are convinced that it’s only a matter of time before the mom of three hires a surrogate. After all, it’s something that her younger sister, Kim Kardashian already went through with her two youngest children.
