Meghan Markle Freaking Out Over Royal Family’s Plan To Encourage Prince Harry To Return To Britain Permanently?
Meghan Markle is allegedly freaking out over the possibility that Prince Harry could return to Britain permanently.
In its June 6 issue, Star claimed that Markle is freaking out over Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee. After all, she knows that the royal family will use this as an opportunity to encourage Prince Harry to return to the royal fold.
A source said that the Duke of Sussex has always had a soft spot for his grandmother. So, it’s possible for him to easily be convinced if the monarch is the one who will talk to him.
“Harry feels terrible for not being around, especially since the queen hasn’t been well. So, Meghan is demanding to have her say. She’s insisting that she is included in every meeting to keep things under her control. She’s terrified everyone might get along and they’ll convince him to move home,” the source said.
The source also claimed that the Duchess of Sussex gave Prince Harry an ultimatum. She allegedly told her husband that she might pull out of their Platinum Jubilee appearance at the last minute if Prince Harry won’t assure her that he won’t return to Britain permanently.
However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt.
Prince Harry and Markle’s attendance at the queen’s Platinum Jubilee has already been confirmed. So, it’s unlikely for the couple to cancel at the last minute.
It’s not also true that Prince Harry has plans to return to the United Kingdom permanently because of the queen. After all, if he wanted to be there for the queen, he would’ve already done this months ago.
Additionally, Markle is not threatening to attend all the meetings that Prince Harry would attend while he’s in Britain.
By the looks of it, the tabloid is just making up this story to make it seem as though there could be drama during the Platinum Jubilee. But this is the last thing that the royal family and the Sussexes want. After all, the event should be focused on Her Majesty.
Prince Harry and Markle won’t also join the royals on the balcony of Buckingham Palace. And even though they will attend the queen’s Thanksgiving Service, they won’t also sit close to Prince Charles, Prince William, Kate Middleton, Camilla Parker Bowles, and Queen Elizabeth became they are not senior working royals.
