Ellen DeGeneres is allegedly struggling to deal with the end of her long-running talk show, The Ellen Show.

In its May 30 issue, Globe claimed that DeGeneres is at the end of her rope. And her wife, Portia de Rossi couldn’t help but worry about her.

A source claimed that de Rossi has been encouraging DeGeneres to see a shrink so that she can be guided by a professional while dealing with the cancelation of The Ellen Show.

The source also claimed that DeGeneres is struggling to accept the fact that she didn’t score a Daytime Emmy for the Outstanding Entertainment Talk Show this year.

“It’s a slap in the face. She’s furious and vowing to get her revenge one day, and it’s got Portia really freaked out,” the source said.

The source also claimed that DeGeneres is in a bad shape. The comedian is allegedly very tired and jumpy, and her wife doesn’t know what to do.

“Portia is especially worried and urging her to get help, regroup, and talk things out with a professional,” the source said.

Meanwhile, everyone’s anticipating what DeGeneres would do after she exits The Ellen Show. De Rossi previously said that she wants to see her wife do standup comedy because she’s so good at it.

The comedian is allegedly on board with the idea, but she’s also been announcing some grand plans to her friends. However, they are worried that these won’t push through.

“She got support from people like the Kardashians to come on to the show during the final season and thinks that’s a sign she can come back bigger and better. The hope is that Ellen listens to Portia especially since their marriage hasn’t been in a great place,” the source said.

However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt.

As of late, there’s no proof that DeGeneres is struggling amid the upcoming cancelation of The Ellen Show.

Since it was her decision to quit the talk show, it’s highly likely that DeGeneres has already prepared herself for the end.

It’s not also true that DeGeneres has some grand plans after leaving The Ellen Show. As of late, the funny woman has not announced anything. But it’s possible for her to return to standup comedy because this is where her career as a comedian started.
