Liam Payne and Aliana Mawla made their first public appearance as a couple in the United Kingdom. It comes shortly after confirmations he and his former fiancé, Maya Henry, are no longer together.

Mail Online released some photos, featuring the new pair during their arrival at Heathrow Airport on Tuesday morning. It noted that the two personalities “looked drained” after an eventful flight from Los Angeles.

The former One Direction member reportedly donned tracksuit bottoms and a loose-fitting black tee. As for the new woman in his life, she sported a pair of joggers and white trainers, while carrying her mint green handbag from Chanel.

Prior to the appearance with his new girlfriend, People learned that Liam Payne and Maya Henry called off their engagement over a month ago. As stated, a rep for the artist confirmed the matter, adding that they have split for the second time.

No other details have been provided regarding the breakup. But, the magazine noted that the two celebrities first called it quits in June 2021.

While Payne’s camp has already reportedly released a statement, Henry has yet to address the matter. She, however, broke her silence on the same day regarding a fan-posted photo of the singer with another woman.

E! News released a report, detailing what happened on Monday. As explained, a fan page dedicated to Liam Payne uploaded a picture, featuring him with his arms wrapped around a woman.

The same account reportedly tagged Maya Henry on the post.

The 22-year-old model, later on, took the time to share her thoughts about the photo in the comment section. She stated that she loves “all of the fans so much,” although she urged them to stop sending the pictures of her “fiancé wrapped around another woman.”

Henry then clarified that the person with Payne in it was not her. She added that it is “hard enough knowing this has happened without seeing it,” before emphasizing, “enough now.”

Maya Henry and Liam Payne first sparked dating rumors in late 2018. Witnesses spotted the two celebrities “on a number of dates in London” at the time, according to Cosmopolitan.

The pair then made their romance official before the public in August 2019. They consequently became “Instagram official” the following month.

Amid the pandemic, Payne and Henry got engaged. The relationship milestone seemingly quashed all the then-existing breakup rumors involving them.

In June 2021, though, the twosome reportedly decided to split after calling off their engagement. They immediately got back together in the weeks that followed, with the confirmations emerging in September after making a red carpet appearance as a couple.
