Minka Kelly has reportedly chosen to be single rather than be with somebody who is “wrong” for her. This is the latest assertions of sources amid reports of a breakup, involving the actress and Trevor Noah.

An insider spoke to The Sun US and alleged that the television host was “too focused on work.” He did not have “enough time for a relationship,” adding that he and the “Euphoria” actress are “officially over.”

Despite the split, though, it is claimed, nevertheless, that both celebrities are “back in the dating game” now that they are single.

A different source told Us Weekly similar statements regarding the two celebrities. But, it is pointed out that “there is no ill will” between them, adding that “everything is amicable.”

The assertions come as People reported Wednesday that Minka Kelly and Trevor Noah have called it quits. The initial source stated that the 41-year-old actress “is single now,” noting that “they have been broken up for a while.”

Even so, the “Roommate” star allegedly “has the best attitude.” She is also “very happy” and would “rather be single than waste her time with the wrong guy.”

Noah and Kelly have yet to make any confirmations regarding the matter. It is not surprising, however, considering that they rarely talked about their romance before the public. They never even publicly admitted to dating each other.

This is not the first time that Trevor Noah and Minka Kelly ended their reported relationship. In May 2021, sources told People that two stars had called it quits, although no confirmations emerged.

The breakup reports at the time came after the “Daily Show” host was seen partying in Miami, while the “Friday Night Lights” star went on a vacation to Mexico with friends.

But, days after making headlines for their reports split, witnesses saw Kelly and Noah together having lunch at Gyp Sea restaurant in St. Barts.

Trevor Noah and Minka Kelly first sparked romance rumors in late 2020. Multiple sources claimed they had been dating for a while, even “well before [COVID-19] quarantine started.”

A separate report from Us Weekly shared that, despite the lack of confirmation regarding the relationship, several eagle-eyed netizens noticed they started following each other on social media when the romance news broke. It was even stated that the 38-year-old comedia “liked” some of the actress’s posts on media platforms.

During the same month, witnesses also reportedly spotted Kelly and Noah together outside the “New Memoir” author’s apartment in New York City.
