Jennifer Aniston Will Reportedly Be Ellen DeGeneres' Final Guest On 'The Ellen Show'
Jennifer Aniston and Ellen DeGeneres have been friends for years.
And with the finale episode for The Ellen Show looming, fans of the talk show couldn't help but wonder who they will see as DeGeneres' final guest.
According to Us Weekly, DeGeneres plans to go out with a bang so she invited Aniston to grace the finale episode of The Ellen Show.
Aniston's return to the hit talk show is both monumental and sentimental. After all, she was also DeGeneres' first guest when The Ellen Show premiered years ago.
Other than her upcoming return to the talk show, Aniston also made headlines amid claims that she has finally decided to cut ties with her ex-husbands and ex-boyfriends.
The actress allegedly vowed to focus more on herself than her exes, Justin Theroux and Brad Pitt.
In its May 16 issue, OK! magazine claimed that Aniston is good friends with her ex-husbands. But she has a tendency to put their happiness first before hers.
A source claimed that the Friends star wants people to like her and they do. But also she needs to learn that it’s OK if she puts herself first sometimes.
“Jen has found peace. Getting rid of her toxic exes has definitely helped her find her happy place. Jen is such a yes-girl that even after she and Justin broke up, she was still his biggest cheerleader. She was always calling him to check in,” the source said.
But Aniston and Theroux allegedly had a conversation recently where the actress told her ex-husband that she couldn’t be in his life anymore. Luckily, there were no hard feelings between the two.
A similar thing allegedly happened after Aniston and Pitt broke up. In 2016, The Morning Show star was one of the first people that showed Pitt her support following his divorce from Angelina Jolie.
“The big irony is that Jen wound up being his go-to person to complain about his divorce,” the source said.
This is allegedly ironic because Pitt was accused of leaving Aniston and cheating on her with Jolie.
But after years of back and forth between the exes, the source claimed that Aniston and Pitt also had a heart-to-heart conversation when she drew her boundaries.
“She told Brad that if he wants to talk, it has to be about happy stuff and that he can save the complaining for a professional. Jen still cares about Brad, but she’s no longer willing to be used as his dumping ground for his personal problems,” the source said.
However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt.
There’s no indication that Aniston had a heart-to-heart conversation with her ex-husbands. And there’s also no reason for her to do so. After all, she’s good friends with Theroux and Pitt.
And there’s no proof that Theroux and Pitt are abusing Aniston’s friendship and kindness. So, with this in mind, the tabloid’s claims couldn’t possibly be accurate.
As of writing, Aniston is still friends with her exes. But it’s unclear if they rely on her for advice and support.
