Adele Plans Las Vegas Do-Over After Firing Her Set Designer: Rumor
Adele is finally ready to take the Las Vegas stage.
Three months ago, the “Rolling in the Deep” singer made headlines after she announced that her Las Vegas shows have been postponed.
Fans of Adele were supportive of her decision to not push through with her live performance. But some were enraged especially since she informed her fans about the cancelation at the last minute.
In its May 16 issue, Star claimed that Adele is finally ready to get back on stage after all the backlash that she received. And she’s excited to show her fans an entirely different show after hiring a new set designer.
“Adele was extremely unhappy with her former set designer. She fired her whole creative team and wants to be certain the production design is fabulous this time,” the source said.
The insider also claimed that Adele hired Kim Gavin and the team behind the Rolling Stones reunion tour to perfect her stage at the Caesar’s Palace.
“It’s given Adele a fresh perspective on it all. Facing her audience will take courage. So many were angry with her for postponing at the last minute. She knows she can’t mess up,” the source said.
Meanwhile, there were rumors claiming that Adele canceled her Las Vegas shows because she’s a diva and a perfectionist.
The British singer allegedly wanted her entire show to be perfect but no one could deliver. She was also accused of having such high standards.
At one point, a tabloid claimed that Adele’s diva personality affected her relationship with Rich Paul. The latter allegedly realize that he couldn’t be with Adele because of this.
“Adele is doing everything she can think of to try and fix things with Rich. She does not want this to end, but there’s a lot they need to figure out. Adele became very needy and demanded that Rich drop everything, which he couldn’t. She’s hoping they can find a way to make this work. Adele still wants a future with Rich but only time will tell if they still have one,” the source said.
However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt.
There’s no proof that Adele fired her set designer. And it’s not also true that her decision to cancel her Las Vegas shows affected her relationship with Paul. As of late, the couple is still together.
