Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani have allegedly been feuding over their plans to redecorate their mansion in Oklahoma.

In its May 16 issue, National Enquirer claimed that Shelton and Stefani have very different ideas on how they want the new fixtures, decors, paint, and furnishes to look.

“It’s turned into a total nightmare because they have such different tastes. They’re arguing over every little thing, like bathroom tiles and kitchen cabinet handles, and it’s not been a good start for their marriage. Gwen just doesn’t like Blake’s style. She’s looking over his shoulder and putting her two cents in as he sweats to finish her dream house,” the source said.

In 2018, Shelton built an entire mansion on his Oklahoma property for Stefani. The Voice coach put so much effort into designing the home. But the source claimed that Stefani describes it as tacky behind closed doors.

“Secretly, she moans he really has bad taste, and his Hawaiian-style monstrosity is just one example. She hates it. He built the new mansion for her because she’s still an L.A. girl and it’s more contemporary, but it’s been a pain in the behind. He’s sorry he ever took on the project,” the source said.

To make things worse, the No Doubt singer has done nothing but nitpick about the barn and stall for the horse that Shelton gave her. So, even if the couple is supposed to enjoy living on the property, they both agree that it’s been such a headache for them.

“Friends just hope they don’t sour on marriage over this. They really have nothing in common. So, it’s not a huge shock they’re constantly arguing,” the source said.

However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt.

As of late, there’s no indication that Shelton and Stefani have been feuding over their living arrangements. The couple has been nothing but supportive of each other when it comes to everything that they are doing. So, it’s unclear where the tabloid got all this incorrect information.

What’s worse is that some tabloids have also been speculating over the possibility of Stefani and Shelton’s marriage ending. They are insisting that the couple doesn’t have anything in common when this isn’t true. The couple both love to sing and they also have a good heart.
