Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake have allegedly agreed to take some time apart.

In its April 25 issue, OK! magazine claimed that Biel is busy filming Candy so Timberlake was left with no other choice but to take care of their two children.

“Jessica is busy with Candy and Justin’s been on daddy day-care duty at their place in Montana. He is not thrilled about it. He was initially gung-ho, but that’s because he didn’t know how hard it was going to be. Now, it’s putting a major strain on their relationship because he’s just not handling the stress well,” the source said.

The source stressed the fact that Timberlake is a good dad. However, he’s not used to taking care of his children 24/7 because Biel is the one in charge.

“He’s used to Jessica doing all the hard work when it comes to keeping things running at home. Now, he’s forced to admit he just can’t fill her shoes,” the source said.

However, the couple’s time apart has also been helpful for their relationship. After all, Biel and Timberlake hit a rough patch years ago after the latter was photographed holding hands with his co-star.

Timberlake apologized for his behavior back then and Biel has already forgiven him. However, the couple’s relationship has never allegedly been the same.

“They’ve both put a lot of work into the healing process. But it’s fair to say that Jessica isn’t completely past what happened. The long-distance situation isn’t helping things. Jessica seems like she’s at the end of her rope with Justin right now. But they’ve been through a lot worse, so once things quiet down for Jessica, they’ll be able to get back on track – at least that’s what everyone is hoping,” the source said.

However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt.

Biel and Timberlake are forced to have some time apart because the actress is on the set of Candy and not because they need it to save their marriage.

There’s also no proof that Timberlake has been complaining about taking care of his two young children back home.

And when it comes to Biel and Timberlake’s scandal before COVID-19, it seems that this has also been resolved. As such, it’s unclear why tabloids continue to bring it up every now and then.
