Demi Moore Was Allegedly The First To Know About Bruce Willis’ Recent Diagnosis
Demi Moore and Bruce Willis divorced a long time ago, but the exes turned friends are bonded for life.
In its April 11 issue, Woman’s Day claimed that Moore was the first person that found out about Willis’ recent diagnosis. So, she created a statement on behalf of her family and Willis’ current wife and children.
“Bruce and Demi have spent countless hours together over the past couple of years. He holed up with her and the girls in her Idaho home while Emma remained in Los Angeles. It gave Demi and Bruce a lot of time to reflect on the family they created together and all the love they have for each other. Demi still absolutely adores him,” the source said.
The insider claimed that Willis also feels the same way about his ex-wife. And their close bond has left their family and friends wondering if it’s possible for them to get back together.
“The chemistry and love between them never faded, and it was always quietly wondered if they’d get back together. It takes a strong woman like Emma to be able to handle the closeness between her husband and his ex-wife, but she’s been a real trooper about it and has grown to love Demi and consider her family,” the source said.
Following his diagnosis, Willis will reportedly spend more time at Moore’s house than his own home because it’s secluded and more peaceful for the actor. But this also means that his family would have to make certain adjustments in the coming months.
“It’s truly a devastating diagnosis for Bruce and his family. But Demi is relieved she is able to spend this precious time with him. Demi will always love Bruce and be grateful for the family they built together and that includes Emma and her girls. It’s bad news, but they are all still feeling incredibly lucky to have each other,” the source said.
As of late, it’s unclear where Willis would stay while he’s recovering from his diagnosis. But it’s not true that he and Moore still love each other romantically.
There’s also no indication that the ex's family and friends are rooting for them or are wondering if they’d ever get back together. By the looks of it, the tabloid is just making up this claim to use Willis’ diagnosis in their favor.
