Thomas Markle Sr. recently launched his YouTube channel. In the debut episode, he slammed Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, even calling the latter his estranged daughter’s “ginger husband.”

The International News reported that the “new name” for the royal-born Prince comes as the Duchess of Sussex’s father made his support known toward his eldest daughter, Samantha Markle. As noted, the former actress’s half-sister is suing the Duke of Sussex’s wife for defamation.

Markle Sr. told co-host Karl Larsen that he would take the Sussex couple to court. He “would be more than happy to” do it, adding that he has been trying for almost four years” to get them in a courtroom face-to-face.

Meghan Markle’s father continued that he would be “thrilled to defend” his oldest daughter.

Elsewhere in the video, Larsen talked about the channel before their audience. He shared that Thomas Markle Sr. “wants to do it to put his thoughts out there from the horse’s mouth.”

He, also, said that the Duchess of Sussex’s father desires “to speak about how Meghan and Harry have affected his family,” adding that their conversations “will be no-holds-barred.”

In the end, the celebrity photographer noted that Markle Sr. “wants his truth to be out there,” similar to what her daughter did last year during her interview with Oprah Winfrey.

With regard to the lawsuit, Mail Online recalled that Samantha Markle filed a lawsuit against Meghan Markle for defamation in Tampa, Florida, earlier this month. She demanded $75,000 in damages and asked her half-sister to cover her legal fees.

Thomas Markle Sr.’s eldest daughter claims that the Duchess of Sussex made “false and malicious statements” about her, especially during the controversial interview with Oprah Winfrey in 2021.

As pointed out, Markle deemed it “defamatory” to imply that the Duchess of Sussex was a”virtual stranger” to her older half-sister, even noting that she grew up “as an only child.” The former, also, accused the latter of “denigrating” their father to portray a “misleading ‘rags to royalty’ story of her life.”

In response to the lawsuit, Meghan Markle’s lawyer, Michael Kump, called the suit “baseless and absurd.” He emphasized, as well, that the move was a “continuation of a pattern of disturbing behavior,” adding that their camp would “give it the minimum attention necessary, which is all it deserves.”

A separate report from Mail Online consequently said that some royal experts believe the Duchess of Sussex’s legal camp “will be monitoring” Thomas Markle Sr.’s YouTube Channel. This comes after launching a “blistering attack” on his daughter.

Richard Fitzwilliams told the outlet that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will likely view Markle Sr.’s latest move with “disdain.” He, later on, emphasized that “future episodes seem unlikely to attract any interest at all, unless they feature personal attacks on Meghan [Markle].”
