Queen Elizabeth Allegedly Has Secret Plans To Meet Prince Harry, Meghan Markle’s Daughter Lilibet
Queen Elizabeth is allegedly offering Prince Harry countless perks just so she could meet her great-granddaughter, Lilibet.
In its March 21 issue, Woman’s Day claimed that the queen is desperate to meet Lilibet because she knows she doesn’t have long to live.
However, Prince Harry vowed to never set foot in Britain if he won’t be given a security detail.
So, a source claimed that the queen plans to grant her grandson’s wish by offering him security protection when he and his family are in the United Kingdom.
“The queen is willing to come to the table and find a way to keep Harry happy, at least temporarily. She’ll try to sort out temporary royal police protection for Harry if he comes home for her jubilee celebrations in June – but only if he brings his two children,” the source said.
According to the source, the queen is more desperate to meet Lilibet because she has not seen her since her birth. But the monarch is also excited to reunite with Archie who she has met only a handful of times.
Unfortunately, the queen’s offer might not be enough to convince Prince Harry to attend the queen’s Platinum Jubilee in June. After all, the source believes that the Duke of Sussex would ask for more perks before he books a flight to Britain.
“Harry will likely accept the offer of temporary protection in exchange for the queen meeting Lilibet, but his fight hasn’t finished yet. Where the jubilee is concerned, he wants a guarantee that both himself and his wife Meghan will be awarded jubilee medals alongside the rest of the family, which is ruffling feathers given Meghan was only an official royal for 18 months,” the source said.
The source added that Prince Harry is asking the queen to give his family another home in the United Kingdom because they are currently leasing Frogmore Cottage to Princess Eugenie and her family.
“If Harry’s to come home more often, he wants something way more secure. The queen certainly has a lot of thinking to do,” the source said.
However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt.
There’s no indication that the queen is offering Prince Harry a lot of things just so he would return to Britain with his children.
The queen doesn’t seem to be desperate and she can also see her great-grandchildren via video calls.
