Victoria Beckham is allegedly facing another controversy involving her children.

In its March 5 issue, Heat UK claimed that Beckham fans were upset to see Victoria’s son, Cruz posing for provocative photos to commemorate his 17th birthday.

A source claimed that all the blame was passed on to Victoria, who should’ve monitored her son’s pictorial.

What’s worse, some critics also questioned why the former Spice Girls member even posted her son’s photos on social media despite the backlash that they received.

“Cruz had so many offers, and this was all his decision with input from his brothers and mates rather than his parents. Victoria had actually been a little concerned over it and did wonder about the look, but the magazine is edgy, and this is what they wanted and Cruz was all for it,” the source said.

The insider also claimed that David and Victoria feel bad for their son because it was technically his first time posing for photos.

“Victoria and David are disappointed by the negativity of the comments, while Cruz is a little shaken by it all. It’s his first experience of being in the spotlight, and while he’s a tough cookie, he’s been knocked by this. His parents are doing their best to reassure him but are also telling him that if this is a path he chooses then he will probably have to deal with a lot of negativity,” the source said.

The photos in question were released on Cruz’s 17th birthday, and it shows the teenager wearing nothing but his boxers. Another snap shows Cruz with his pants pulled down up to his ankles. And another photo shows the teenager with his finger inside his mouth.

According to the source, David and Victoria wanted to change their approach with Cruz’s career especially after all the criticisms that they received with their eldest son, Brooklyn.

But it seems that regardless of what the couple does, David and Victoria will continue to face backlash no matter what.

“After the experiences with Brooklyn, they really wanted to play it differently with Cruz and make sure he was working on his talent and had a vision and direction before launching him. But this backlash has panicked and upset her,” the source said.

However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt.

Since the Beckhams have been in the industry for years, they must have expected that not everyone would love Cruz’s birthday photos.
