Kim Kardashian May End Up Fighting For Full Custody Of Children: Source
The public feud between Kim Kardashian and Kanye West has become more apparent these past few weeks. While the former remains silent about the entire drama, the latter continues to be vocal on social media.
Despite the silence, though, the reality star recently slammed the "Donda" artist in an Instagram story. As OK! magazine reiterated, she called out her estranged husband, particularly his "constant attacks" on her.
An insider, then, told the outlet that Kardashian may end up "fighting for full custody" of their four children. It is explained that this all comes amid West becoming "out of control," citing his recent social media antics.
Kim Kardashian has allegedly already tried everything to "keep the peace" with Kanye West. She has done it all to have a "civil co-parenting relationship" with the father of her children.
The same source noted, however, that the American rapper appears to have made it clear about wanting "to go to war." Even so, this just gives the KKW Beauty founder "more leverage."
It is unclear whether the reality star will, indeed, seek full custody of their four children. What the informant asserted to the magazine is more of an opinion than a fact.
So, the only way the public would know about the truth is when Kardashian or her legal camp speaks of it publicly. Unless otherwise stated, the latest statements will remain mere speculations about the estranged couple.
The then-married couple of seven years agreed to joint custody of their four young children earlier in April. The agreement came after Kim Kardashian filed for divorce in February 2021.
BBC reported that both parties, also, agreed about not needing spousal support. Moreover, the former couple saw eye to eye about ending their marriage due to "irreconcilable differences."
The reality star's filing reportedly points out, as well, that she and Kanye West kept their property separate throughout their marriage. As stated, it is because of the terms of their prenuptial agreement.
On Friday, however, Page Six reported that the "Heaven and Hell" rapper has objected to his former partner's divorce demands. In response to Kim Kardashian's request to become "legally single," Kanye West made a filing, saying he wants "safeguards for his assets in place before a ruling," adding that the reality star's lawyer rejected all of his suggestions.
The SKIMS founder's attorney, however, "asserted that this condition is unnecessary" due to the prenuptial agreement they had.
