Adele has allegedly become extremely clingy towards her boyfriend, Rich Paul.

In its Feb. 28 issue, National Enquirer claimed that Adele has also been smothering her millionaire boyfriend. And it’s only a matter of time before he feels choked by the singer.

A source also claimed that Adele’s biggest fear is to be abandoned by Paul that’s why he’s been clinging on to him too much.

“She’s begging him to stay by her side, saying she needs him and depends on him, but that’s an impossible thing to ask of a sports agent who needs to travel for work. He’s had enough. He’s telling her they need breathing room. He’s tired of all the hysteria and needs to be by himself for a while, period,” the source said.

The insider added that Adele is worried about having to say goodbye to Paul.

After all, she’s obsessed with her boyfriend and hopes that Paul feels the same way about her.

“Adele is still hoping he’ll change his mind and stay with her 24/7. But everyone can see this isn’t healthy. If she doesn’t let the guy have some space, she’ll be single very soon,” the source said.

Additionally, Paul doesn’t allegedly like to be treated like one of Adele’s assistants.

Before the “Easy On Me” singer canceled her shows in Las Vegas, she allegedly phoned Paul nonstop and urged him to drop everything so that he could go to her.

Paul had no other choice but to support Adele even if he didn’t want to be treated as her staff.

“He’s sick of being treated like one of her assistants. Adele would be wise to loosen the reins if she wants this relationship to last,” the source said.

Adele and Paul are at the center of all sorts of rumors in the last week two weeks.

Some tabloids are insisting that the couple is already engaged. There are also claimed that Paul popped the question earlier this year, but they want to keep their engagement a secret.

There are also rumors suggesting that Adele wants to keep her wedding a secret even from her family and friends. After all, she wants to keep her relationship as private as possible.

However, none of these claims are true. Adele and Paul are not engaged.

And there’s also no indication that Adele has become too clingy towards her boyfriend.
