Brad Pitt has allegedly given up on love.

In its Feb. 14 issue, Life & Style claimed that Pitt has tried his luck in dating for years since his split from Angelina Jolie, but nothing has materialized.

As such, the actor now thinks that it’s best for him to forget about dating altogether.

“He’s kissed dating goodbye! Brad has spent his whole life in the wrong relationships and at 58, he’s saying it’s better for him to just be single. Brad says his fame is a curse, that true love is hard to find these days especially in Hollywood, where there are so many gold diggers and social climbers,” the source said.

The source claimed that Pitt has been going out on dates every now and then. However, no one has captured his attention that well to the point that he’s interested in pursuing something more serious with them.

“He’ll meet someone, they’ll go on a few dates, she’ll ask for a role or for him to put in a good word with producers – especially the up and coming actresses. He’s learned his lesson. Some women can’t handle the spotlight that comes with knowing Brad,” the source said.

With this, the tabloid mentioned Pitt’s alleged relationship with some A-listers. However, it is important to note that he never officially dated any of them.

For instance, they claimed that Pitt’s relationship with Charlize Theron didn’t last because the actress is just too intense. However, the A-listers never dated.

Pitt was also linked to his friend, Alia Shawkat. But the tabloid said that Shawkat got tired of being followed by the paparazzi just because she’s with Pitt.

However, this isn’t necessarily true. After all, Shawkat previously confirmed that she and Pitt are just friends.

The actor was also linked to German model Nicole Poturalski just because they were photographed together. However, the actor never confirmed the real status of his relationship with the much younger model.

According to the source, Pitt is still scarred because of his ex-wife, Jolie. And this is making it difficult for him to get into a relationship again.

However, none of these things are true. Pitt has not dated anyone not because of fear but because he has a busy schedule. Other than his work as an actor, he also has a custody battle that he needs to deal with.
