Prince Andrew Allegedly Suffered A Nervous Breakdown After Learning His Sexual Abuse Case Could Head To Trial
Prince Andrew is allegedly stressing over the possibility that his sexual abuse lawsuit could head to trial in the coming months.
In its Feb. 7 issue, Globeclaimed that Prince Andrew has not been taking the recent blows he’s facing really well. So, after his HRH and military titles were stripped, he allegedly suffered a nervous breakdown.
“Andrew’s having a nervous breakdown. He can’t handle the mess he’s created and is guilty of breaking his mother’s heart. He’s heaped hurt and humiliation on the queen, but being publicly disowned hit him like a sledgehammer,” the source said.
The insider claimed that the queen decided to cast Prince Andrew out of her royal circle because she’s ashamed of her son even though the Duke of York has been insisting that he’s innocent.
“Now the duke is an emotional disaster, alternating between pathetic weeping bouts of self-pity and out-of-control screaming rages when he blames his destruction on everyone but himself. With the horrors of a no-holds-barred rape trial looming, Andrew may need to be put in a psych ward for his own protection,” the source said.
The insider concluded their dubious claims by saying that the sexual abuse lawsuit is Prince Andrew’s worst nightmare. After all, he has lived a charmed life for decades, but he’s now facing the poorhouse with mounting legal bills.
However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt.
Even though it’s stressful for Prince Andrew to still be dealing with his sexual abuse lawsuit after all these years, there’s no indication that he’s too stressed to the point that he’s falling apart.
The Duke of York didn’t also suffer a nervous breakdown recently, and there’s no need for him to place in a psych ward.
It’s obvious that the tabloid is just making up this story about Prince Andrew.
In fact, the Duke of York recently said through his legal team that he wants the case to head to trial in the United States. This way, his lawyers can defend him in court.
Prince Andrew also insists that he didn’t sexually abuse Virginia Roberts Giuffre. And the alleged victim’s claims are unfounded because Prince Andrew was with Princess Beatrice at the time the abuse happened.
However, the jury will still be the one to decide whether or not Prince Andrew is telling the truth.
