Irina Shayk and Kanye West are no longer seeing each other.

In its August 9 issue, National Enquirer claimed that it didn’t take Shayk very long to realize that West isn’t the one for her.

After all, the rapper came on a little too strong. And he also became a little too clingy for the model’s liking.

A source claimed that Kim Kardashian’s ex-husband is aware of the things that he had done wrong, but it could be too late.

“The daily gift bags, huge bouquet of flowers, and boxes of jewelry have been cut back to just one or two a week. After hearing rumors she was overwhelmed, he’s afraid he’s gone too far,” the source said.

The insider added that West has also decided to give Shayk some space in the hopes of them eventually reconciling.

“He’s trying not to crowd Irina or freak her out with too much at once and let the relationship develop more naturally,” the source said.

According to the source, West doesn’t want his relationship with Shayk to be the same as his relationship with Kardashian.

After all, the rapper thinks that Shayk is such a good catch and wants whatever they have to last.

Unfortunately, it seems that he’s the only one that thinks and feels this way because another source said that Shayk has stopped responding to the rapper.

According to Life & Style, Shayk stopped hanging out with West because he’s too clingy.

And it has reached a point where the rapper kept calling Bradley Cooper’s ex at least 10 times a day.

Since Shayk is used to being independent, she didn’t like what West was doing.

Additionally, Shayk doesn’t also want to be associated with the Kardashians. Since West is still finalizing his divorce from the reality TV star, there’s no denying that there’s still drama between the two.

Just recently, Kardashian attended a listening party for West, where the rapper broke down in tears while singing about his family.

Shayk allegedly feels that her life will be difficult as long as West still has ties to his ex-wife. And the two will forever have ties because they have four children.

However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt.

It is unclear if West and Shayk even dated in the first place so it’s hard to believe that they have already called it quits
