Priyanka Chopra shared a wish of having many children in her life, and that wish is doing rounds on the internet. Yes, the 38-year-old actress opened up about the comment in a recent interview and clarified that she said that a decade ago.
The actress was asked about having a cricket team, as she has mentioned before, starting a family with her husband, Nick Jonas. While it is worth noting that a cricket team consists of eleven players, Chopra confirmed that she does wish to have many kids.
However, the actress denied the fact that she wants to create a cricket team. Chopra and Jonas recently celebrated their wedding anniversary after completing two years. The actress spoke with Rachel Smith and noted that the goal for eleven kids was made ten years ago, and it doesn't need to be taken seriously.
Moreover, she explained that she is willing to accept life by referring to her and Jonas' relationship. Chopra also shed light on starting the family right away and said that they both are occupied with various projects.
The actress clarified career goals they both share, and the couple doesn't seem to be in a hurry to make babies anytime soon. The actress is busy with a Netflix film, The White Tiger, a drama crime featuring Rajkummar Rao and Adarsh Gourav.
On the other hand, Jonas is going to portray Frankie Valli in the Broadway musical named Jersey Boys. Interestingly, Chopra has also executive produced the Netflix movie along with Ramin Bahrani and Mukul Deora that is based on an Indian driver who is ambitious and witty.
The film revolves around a driver who wants to rise from poverty, and the film is helmed by Bahrani. Adarsh opened up about the experience of meeting Chopra for the first time. The 26-year-old actor said that he felt intimated initially, but after a couple of minutes, he became absolutely comfortable with the global star.
"I'm just feeling really lucky I got to work with a team like this. I think the three to four months that I spent with the film, including the shooting for it, was probably the biggest learning curve in my life," he noted.
Adarsh admitted that being on set and even when he is not on set during the preparation, felt incredible. Chopra said that she always wanted to propel opportunities to tell stories.
